Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is returned that is not in the above condition, the item will be ineligible for return and customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return item to them. Acceptance of a return may only require a photo depending on the reason for the return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. If the item must be returned to us due to a manufacturing defect or if you have received the wrong item, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label for return to our P.O. Box.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with gift cards.
Exchanges
Once your return is accepted please make a separate purchase for the new item. it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you of whether or not the return was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
