Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $75. At this time we only ship within the United States but we hope to offer international shipping as we grow :)

All items will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Tracking will be provided after your order is processed and we will also track the packages to be sure your magical bundle is delivered to you! 

If you need to change something about your order you can email Juniper.moon.company@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your request. Note: Requests are NOT guaranteed.  If you have already received a tracking number, we will not be able to change your order as it indicates it is ready to be picked up by the postal carrier or is already in transit.

Once shipped, please expect a 5-8 business day transit time.

Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a USPS tracking number to follow your order’s trip to you. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. If your insured package is lost or arrived with visible damage to the packaging, please take pictures and contact us via Juniper.moon.company@gmail.com or our contact page.
